Living Well with Hearing Loss

Maximizing communication and improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss

Welcome to Living Well with Hearing Loss

Learning to adjust and compensate for a hearing loss can sometimes be confusing and frustrating.  Even the most advanced technologies available in today's hearing aids cannot always compensate completely for a hearing loss.  The Living Well with Hearing Loss model is a comprehensive approach to maximizing communication and improving the lives of  individuals with hearing loss.  We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of individuals living in southwest Arizona, including   on-campus groups, community groups, and community talks/lectures. These programs provide an excellent opportunity to gain information and to interact with others who are experiencing similar issues.

Please join us for a Special Living Well with Hearing Loss Community Lecture on Saturday October 4th at 10:30 am in the University of Arizona Speech Language Hearing Building.  We are excited to have  Dr. Linda Thibodeau  from the University of Texas.  She has presented nationally and internationally, and is  a recognized expert  in the use of technology to manage hearing loss. There is no charge to attend this event, but seats are limited, so please RSVP.  Click here for event flyer. October 4, 2014 LWHL Community Lecture flyer
